How buying from us works

1. Pick your game and what you need

Every game has its own page listing what we sell for it. Open the item you want, choose an amount, and you'll see the total before anything else happens.

2. Check out

Checkout asks for three things: an email for updates, the in-game name we deliver to, and payment. That's it.

Kids can't check out on their own. The person paying confirms they are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian buying for their child. All our messages go to the email on the order, never to a child in game.

3. We deliver in game

How delivery works depends on the game, and each product page spells it out. Currency and items move through a normal in-game trade or shop sale, so we never need a password. Accounts come with their login details, which you change as soon as you're in.

If something goes wrong

If we can't deliver, you get your money back. The refund policy page has the details, and you can reply to any order email to reach a person.
