How delivery works
- Choose the account you want and check out.
- We email you the login details for a Spiral Knights account that matches your order.
- Log in, change the email and password, and the account is fully yours. If you get stuck, reply to the email and we walk you through it.
At checkout we ask for: Preferred weapons (optional).

Spiral Knights drops you into the Clockworks below Haven, where every trip down makes your gear a little better. Crafting a full set of five-star gear takes a long time.
Our accounts come with strong gear already made, so you can head straight for the deeper levels with your friends.

Questions
Who owns the account after I buy it?
You do. Once you change the email and password, nobody else can log in, including us.
What if the login doesn't work?
Reply to the order email within 7 days. We fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Does it work with Steam?
Tell us at checkout if you play through Steam, and we send an account that logs in the way you play.
