How delivery works
- Tell us your tamer name at checkout.
- We email you the area where our trader will meet you.
- Check the Pansuns in the trade screen and confirm.
At checkout we ask for: Tamer name. We never need your password.

Can you trade across platforms?
Temtem has cross-play, so trades work between PC and consoles. Tell us your platform in the note anyway so our trader knows what to expect.
Can a trade be undone?
Temtem trades are final once both sides confirm, so check the screen before you accept. If we send the wrong thing, we fix it or refund you.
